"Employees register attendance at their PC as soon as they turn it on. They can request vacations automatically from their desk, and we can automatically authorize or decline these requests. This has removed so much of the manual input that was involved before as well as eliminating the time wasted by physically visiting the personnel department. With each employee being able to see their entitlements from their PC it means we are not constantly being asked about entitlements remaining. TMS allows us to ensure that we are going to have enough coverage when people are planning vacations."
