TMS Replaces Unreliable Old System
Located in Sudbury between Boston and Worcester, Sudbury Pines Extended Care operates a 92-bed rehab facility. Admissions are taken 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Prior to installing Advance Systems' time and attendance software, TMS, in May 2009 Sudbury Pines Extended Care used an alternative computerized system to record the time and attendance of their 120 employees. "The previous system was lacking certain functionality while it was linked to our payroll system - a huge amount of information had to be manually transferred. Additionally we have a huge number of pay differentials which the previous system was unable to deal with. For this reason we had to source a new time and attendance system."
Streamlining of Processes
